Just like in past years, the pricing for our in-person event will start low and increase as we get closer to the big day. Because we are expanding to a 3-day event, and due to cost increases for just about everything in the world the past few years, we’ve had to make a small adjustment to our lowest tier. The good news? We’re giving you more time to book a ticket starting at just $249, which will increase on May 1, 2024. It’s still an incredible deal compared to the rest of the IT event industry, so we hope you book soon to get the best pricing!

Refund policy: We'll truly miss you if you can't make it. The good news? You can get a full refund (minus a small $10 processing fee) before August 30, 2025.

To ensure that all who bought tickets have a seat, only registered SpiceWorld attendees may attend general and breakout sessions. However, we offer a Guest Party pass for $125, so your +1 can accompany you to evening parties and gatherings. The more, the spicier!

You can purchase a Guest Party pass during registration or add it later by modifying your registration.

No, but if you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19 or feel unwell, we ask that you not attend the event out of respect for others.

We’ve partnered with the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center (where SpiceWorld is being held) to offer a special rate for attendees. Rooms are $299 per night plus tax (17%). Click here to book a room.

For attendees who may want to access content or relive the fun and excitement, we will record the keynotes and a number of breakout sessions for post-conference viewing that will be accessible through the SpiceWorld App. We will also be selecting a handful of key sessions to share with the larger SpiceWorld community following the event, but there will not be a live-streaming attendance option. We will provide more details as we approach SpiceWorld 2025.
